When will I be charged?
After the initial payment that is taken out the day you sign up, you'll then be charged on the 5th of every month before your next box!
When does the box ship?
Box ship every other month. Since we launched August 1, 2023, orders will be placed in August and the first box will be shipped the first week of September and every other month after that.
How can I cancel?
We make it super easy for you to navigate your subscription. You'll get access to your own portal to manage your subscription where you can pause or skip a box.
I don't see the option to Subscribe
We just launched August 1st so boxes will ship first week of September and every other month after that. If you missed signing up in August, you will be able to sign up in October for the November box and so on. Once you signed up and depending on the month you sign up - boxes are being shipped in September, November, January, March, May and July of every year..You can only subscribe the month before the month that a box is being shipped. So if you missed the window, please join our waitlist!
