Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order for corporate gifting?

Not at this time but we plan to add this option in the future

How long does it take to process large orders?

Depends on the size of the order but please allow 5-7 business.

Do you offer fully custom branding?

We do not offer currently offer fully custom branding

What's the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantity for wholesale is $150 and for corporate gifting is $100.

How long does fulfillment take?

Fulfilment will take 5-7 business days.

Can you accommodate different hair types and preferences?

We go through a testing period and test our hair pieces on all hair types ensuring they work.

Do you offer invoicing for corporate accounts?

Yes, we can send you an invoice for corporate gifting and wholesale.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not currently offer refunds for corporate gifting.

For wholesale there is a 30 day window in which we can offer a refund but customer is responsible for all return label cost. Head to our Return Policy tab to get started.
