Shipping
I didn't receive my package, what should I do?
All packages are shipped through USPS, UPS or FedEx and will have a tracking number attached in the email when your order has been place. If you've received a shipping number that means your parcel has left the Nadora Iman location and is on it's way to you.

If there has been no tracking updated please allow a few weeks and contact them directly for questions.
What is your Shipping Policy? (Non Subscription)
We know you're looking forward to receiving your purchase! Please allow 1-2 days for item to be shipped and 3-5 business days to receive your item.
Please know that some delays are out of our control. The best first option is to use the tracking number you'll receive once the product is shipped. Of course if you're not getting the answer you're looking for, feel free to reach out to our customer service team at support@nadoraiman.com.
Do you offer any exchanges on products?
We get it, things happen!
We do except exchanges on certain conditions. If you ordered the wrong color or size, we are happy to discuss. Item must be unworn and in the same condition you received it.

What is your Refund & Return Policy?
Thank you for shopping at Nadora Iman! You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and your item must be in the original packaging.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. For any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to support@nadoraiman.com to discuss your concern.
Subscription Box
Subscription Box Shipping Policy
Monthly
FREE SHIPPING 1st month only (auto applied) and $3.99 afterwards
We relaunched January 2024 so boxes will ship first week February and within the first week every month after that. You have until the end of the current month to get a box for the next month. For example, you have until the end of March to get an April box. Until the end of April to get a May box, etc..
Quarterly
We relaunched January 2024 so boxes will ship first week every month and every quarter after that. Your order will ship out within 3 days of the month you subscribe in and then payment will be taken out on the 5th of every month. Your boxes will ship every 3 months with this option.
How can I subscribe?
Head over to the subscription box tab where you'll see two box options, either monthly or quarterly. If we run out of boxes you'll be asked to join our waitlist so that you're notified when the next box is available for purchase. You can also keep revisiting the subscription box tab for updates. Follow us on social media for live updates.
How does the subscription box work?
Our subscription box is shipped out monthly or quarterly depending on your subscription option.
After the initial payment that is taken out the day you sign up, you'll then be charged on the same day you subscribed every month for your next box! If you subscribe on the 10th of March, your box will arrive to you the first week of April and your renewal will happen on the 10th of April and on the 10th of every month after that.
You will be able to manage all your details like address, payment and skip and order through your subscription portal so keep the confirmation email handy so you can easily access it!
When will I be charged?
After the initial payment that is taken out the day you sign up, you'll then be charged on the same day of every month of your original subscription date and your box will be to you within the first week of the next month!
How can I cancel?
We make it super easy for you to navigate your subscription. You'll get access to your own portal to manage your subscription where you can pause or skip a box or sadly cancel. Find your email with from your original subscription and update your subscription plan there. If you need help please contact support@nadoraiman.com

How do I know what claw clip works for me?
We have 4 size hair and claw clips. Petite, sweet spot, biggie and maxi.

What material are you clips?
Majority of our clips are made from cellulose acetate which is free of plastic and gentle to the skin and less allergenic.
Other materials may include resin or some items have rhinestones on them or made of velvet material.
What material are you scarves?
Majority of our scarves are made from high quality silk protecting your hair and not causing damage.
If it's not silk we have a ripped breathable fabric and tulle fabric that is still fashionably appropriate.
