Shipping
I didn't receive my package, what should I do?
All packages are shipped through USPS, UPS or FedEx and will have a tracking number attached in the email when your order has been place. If you've received a shipping number that means your parcel has left the Nadora Iman location and is on it's way to you.

If there has been no tracking updated please allow a few weeks and contact them directly for questions.
What's your shipping policy?
We know you're looking forward to receiving your purchase! Please allow 1-2 days for item to be shipped and 3-5 business days to receive your item.
Please know that some delays are out of our control. The best first option is to use the tracking number you'll receive once the product is shipped. Of course if you're not getting the answer you're looking for, feel free to reach out to our customer service team at support@nadoraiman.com.
Do you offer any exchanges on products
We get it, things happen!
We do except exchanges on certain conditions. If you ordered the wrong color or size, we are happy to discuss. Item must be unworn and in the same condition you received it.

What is your refund and return policy?
Thank you for shopping at Nadora Iman! You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and your item must be in the original packaging.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. For any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to support@nadoraiman.com to discuss your concern.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping varies based on your location. We are based in Atlanta and have two shipping options, standard and expedited shipping. You can expect to pay anywhere from $5-$12.
Product Information and Care
Silk Material
Our silk scarves are 100% Grade 6A Mulberry Silk, 14 Momme
- Silk Grade - Silk is graded A, B, or C, with Grade A representing the highest quality. Within the Grade, there is an additional scale from 1 to 6. Our pieces are crafted from 6A silk, the highest grade.
- Momme - Momme is the measurement of the silk weight and quality. The higher the Momme, the more durable & luxurious the Silk is. For most silk scarves to ensure they are light weight between 11-14mm is recommended. We are continuously discovering the best material.
Any silk material should be hand washed using gently detergent. Once you finish washing the scarf or other silk materials it should be left to air dry.
You can steam your silk scarf with a steam machine to relieve wrinkles.
Hair Clips
All of our hair clips with claws are made with cellulose acetate and can we wiped off with a warm rag. Should you experience any stretching place it in warm water for 5 -10 minutes and then thoroughly dry it.
Metal Clips
Our metal clips are made with sterling silver and then gold plated or sterling silver along. These pieces should be treated as you would jewelry. To avoid rusting keep away from wet surfaces for extended periods of time.
Lace Material
Lace is tricky when it comes to being cleaned. You can hand wash or machine wash with other similar delicate materials. Or you can use a cloth to spot clean.
Velvet Material
Velvet is delicate. If you get your velvet material pieces dirty or something on it use a hot cloth to spot clean and let it air dry.

How do I know what claw clip works for me?
We have 5 size hair and claw clips.
Mini: These clips are close to the size of a quarter.
Petite: These claw clips are small and are between 3 - 6cm
Sweet spot: Are mid size clips and are bigger than the petite and get the job done. These are between 6 - 8cm
Biggie: Biggies are going to be our large clips that are perfect for curly hair and braids. These are between 8 - 10cm
Mega: The mega clip is like an xl clip and is holding everything in place and not budging. These are between 10 - 13cm
What material are you clips?
Majority of our clips are made from cellulose acetate which is free of plastic and gentle to the skin and less allergenic.
Other materials may include resin or some items have rhinestones on them or made of velvet material.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What material are you head scarves/wraps?
Our silk scarves that have hand illustrated designs on them are made from high quality silk protecting your hair and not causing damage. 100% Grade 6A Silk.
If it's not silk, we have a ripped breathable fabric and tulle fabric that is still fashionably appropriate.
